HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply fill out our contact form or message us with your order number.
Orders to be refunded must have been received and / or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product.
(Refunds processing can take up to 5 days depending on the credit institution).
The returned product must be intact and sealed.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
The return shipping costs are free of charge.
IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references related to receiving your package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
Please note* for all damaged orders we will send a new product at our expense otherwise a refund will be issued via a coupon on our website.
