Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during, major holidays and special events the couriers may experience delays.

 PLEASE NOTE: Shipping flammable goods including anything in powder form like incense, are shipped in a special line, separate from the incense burners.

Some of our products are classed as flammable goods. In order to dispatch those items we had to undertake many trainings about packaging and shipping those goods to comply with Government Import & Export Safety regulations. We are happy to announce that we can ship our products to most countries worldwide.
